Our team took existing illustrated album art and reimagined it in 3D for this effect for Lil Lotus. By bringing dimension to the album art we were able to integrate it into a real time AR scene, so that fans can interact with the characters in 3D space and in a more intimate way.
The characters surround the user's face, giving them a little hug and surrounding them with hearts. We wanted to focus on details like iris movement to ramp up the nuance of the effect.
